Yes. Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or resized jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. All other eligible items are covered by our 30-day return policy
When will I get my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or resized rings typically require 5–7 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery to the United States usually takes 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships
